1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or remote locations may require additional transit time.

2. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using standard ground services selected at checkout. Expedited delivery options may not be available for every order or destination.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after business hours are processed on the next business day.

5. Estimated Transit Time

After shipment, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the status of your package.

7. Pricing Transparency

All charges, including product price and applicable taxes, are presented before payment is submitted. We do not add hidden shipping charges after checkout.

8. Shipping Limitations

We do not offer installation, assembly, or in-home delivery services. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and support a resolution.
