At SKIMS, we want you to feel confident about your order. This policy explains when a return or refund may be approved for purchases made from SKIMS, operated by SKIMS Retail LLC.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests when an item arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was received. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, fit preference, or normal wear and tear.
Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of the recorded delivery date to request a return review.
Reporting Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, outer carton, shipping label, and any internal packaging so we can review the claim promptly.
How to Start a Return
Email support@cklyra.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos when applicable. We review requests within 1 to 2 business days and will provide next-step instructions if the return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not guarantee exchanges or store credit unless we specifically confirm them in writing.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered processing or shipment may not be eligible for cancellation.
